I BELIEVE I remember being able to see the AUX/USB port when I removed those panels (to run my foot well lights). There's a panel on the right of your gas pedal which comes apart very easily, and as one giant piece (similar on the passenger side). If you purely want to access the USB/AUX port, you might be able to go through the side panels.
